CreativeOPTIC is hiring for a Social Media Designer to join our Digital Marketing (remote) team in Los Angeles, California.
As a Social Media Designer, you will have the responsibilities of posting content on social media, designing graphic material, and attracting consumers via social media. You are also a brand advocate contributing to the social media strategies, collaborating closely with partners across the organization to heighten awareness of our brand content and drive user engagement through social media channels.

CreativeOPTIC. is a 24-hour network which requires staff who are flexible and available to work various shifts, including early morning, late evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Major Duties/Responsibilities
Producing content to be posted online
Increasing traffic and appealing to target audiences
Creating posts, pages, and applications to attract customers
Using programming skills to build pages and applications
Measuring key performance indicators
Design engaging content to place on all social media platforms
Monitor the success of social media channels and respond to social media messages, enquiries and comments
To assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influence marketing strategies
Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar
Support the marketing team with other marketing activities
Support theResearch and craft a variety of compelling long- and short-form content marketing team with other marketing activities
Able to ensure consistent use of voice and tone across all marketing materials and stay aligned with the brand guidelines
Meets deadlines while handling multiple ongoing content projects
Proactively offer ideas for content, promotions, social media and other initiatives
Fearlessly willing to jump in and figure out the creative design challenge at hand
Major Duties/Responsibilities
Proven design experience (preferably B2B or Intern experience).
Comprehensive knowledge of the digital and social media landscape (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google, SEO, Google Analytics)
Proficiency in digital photo editing, illustrator/photoshop, social media photography, and styling
Self motivated, positive, creative, innovative thinker and multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage time strategically
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design or related field preferred
Excellent English skills, with superb writing abilities in various diverse styles/tones with accurate spelling and grammar (samples are appreciated)
A profound comprehension of customers and what motivates them
Strict adherence to brand guidelines and company policy
Extraordinary research, organizational, and learning abilities
