CreativeOPTIC is hiring for a Copywriter associate to join our Digital Marketing (remote) team based in Los Angeles, California.
As a Copywriter, you will be a brand advocate contributing to the writing engagements for both online and offline content, in long form and short form both independently and in a team setting. You will be collaborating closely with partners across the organization to heighten awareness of our brand content and drive user engagement through social media channels.

The ideal candidate will be part research analyst, social strategist and written storyteller with a passion for the online social experience. This role requires stellar fact-checking and high creative acumen and linguistic skills. The ability to respond to constructive feedback and acceptance of real time – user generated feedback.
CreativeOPTIC. is a 24-hour network which requires staff who are flexible and available to work various shifts, including early morning, late evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Research and craft a variety of compelling long- and short-form content, which may at various times include:
Articles and/or promotional copywriting
Social media/social assets
Scripts and other marketing writing
Contribute to the development of new ideas and create polished, final deliverables alongside the creative team.
Able to ensure consistent use of voice and tone across all marketing materials and stay aligned with the brand guidelines
Meets deadlines while handling multiple ongoing content projects
Proactively offer ideas for content, promotions, social media and other initiatives
Fearlessly willing to jump in and figure out the creative writing challenge at hand
Proven marketing copywriting experience (preferably B2B or Intern experience).
Ability to develop concepts into themes and apply a creative approach to a topic.
Likes working with a team to brainstorm content ideas.
Self motivated, positive, creative, innovative thinker and multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage time strategically
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, writing, journalism or related field preferred
Excellent English skills, with superb writing abilities in various diverse styles/tones with accurate spelling and grammar (samples are appreciated)
A profound comprehension of customers and what motivates them
Strict adherence to brand guidelines and company policy
Extraordinary research, organizational, and learning abilities
Deep understanding of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs
Online article formatting skills, and an experience with keyword arrangement and other SEO best practices
